The Best St. Patrick's Day ever!

We spent the day at the Stratford Ecological Center.  It's a wonderful non-for-profit farm that teaches kids and adults alike the importance of nature and connecting with it.  We had a pancake breakfast and went on the Sugar Shack/Maple Syrup tour.  It was so much fun!  I loved being on the farm - the barn, the smell of hay (reminds me of visiting my Aunt & Uncle's house), the animals, the trails, the creek, looking for new spring life popping up and enjoying it all with my family.  The weather could not have been better, either.

We topped it off by stopping into one of my favorite greenhouses, 'The Proper Garden' and picked up some pansies (Sophia picked them out for me) and a fresh berry muffin.

It was a perfectly spent day.

Anxiously awaiting syrup!

Not the best family pic, but we are all present.  And that's something!
